1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada only.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free shipping.
3. How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery can take up to 5 additional business days, depending on your location.
4. Are your products all-natural?
Yes. All of our products are made in small batches in Canada using carefully selected, natural ingredients.
5. Do your products contain preservatives?
We use only natural preservatives such as Vitamin E and rosemary extract to keep our products fresh without harmful additives.
6. Are your products tested on animals?
No. Our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
7. How should I store my products?
To keep your products fresh, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving so we can make it right.
9. Can I buy your products in person?
At this time, our products are available online only, but we’re working on expanding into retail locations.
