Apply the roll-on to clean skin in the targeted area with a single stroke in one direction. A small amount is sufficient. To enhance the oil’s effectiveness, follow with self-massage using your hands, a massage ball, gua sha, or foam roller. You may also apply the oil before performing gentle stretches on the affected area. While massage helps the product penetrate deeply, simply rolling it on without further manipulation will still deliver the intended relief.
