3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Payment must be completed at checkout before orders are processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across Canada only.

  • Free shipping is offered on orders over $150 CAD.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing, plus additional time for delivery depending on your location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not except returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
