Order Updates
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make adjustments—this includes combining orders, changing items, or updating shipping details. Thank you for understanding as we keep each small-batch product flowing smoothly from our studio to your hands.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us right away. We’ll do our best to pause the process before it moves into preparation. Once an order is finalized and packed, we are unable to cancel.
